Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Du Vin, I found myself captivated by the bistro's ambiance, where white walls adorned with nautical-themed artworks created a welcoming atmosphere. The marble-topped tables, coupled with the eau de nil banquettes, set the perfect stage for a leisurely gathering. Dinner was quite an experience, as the restaurant served hearty dishes that genuinely reflected the local culinary scene. I indulged in a beautifully crafted charcuterie platter, which was an ideal complement to the thoughtful wine recommendations from their knowledgeable sommelier. Breakfast the next morning was equally satisfying. I opted for the full English, a decision that proved prudent, as it was executed with precision—every bite, from the sausages to the eggs, was flavorful and fulfilling. Du Vin's combination of quality dining, attentive staff, and great location made my stay memorable. It’s a spot I'd happily recommend to fellow food enthusiasts looking to experience a taste of culinary innovation during their travels.
